Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pv12 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the pv12 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pv12 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The pv12 platform is only available to individuals who are aged 18 years and above. Users below this age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using any of the services provided. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access pv12's full range of services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances frozen.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the pv12 support team immediately at [email protected]. pv12 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the pv12 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Providing false information during the identity verification or transaction process.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the pv12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and approved online banking services. pv12 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial service providers.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are final once credited to your account. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may take between one and five business days, depending on the payment method used. pv12 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure the security of your account.
Suspicious or Fraudulent Transactions
If pv12 identifies any suspicious transactions or violations of its usage policy, the platform reserves the right to place a hold on the processing of those transactions pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Users will be notified via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Pv12's Limitation of Liability
The pv12 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, pv12 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data corruption, or loss of earnings. Users agree that they use the platform entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pv12 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of pv12 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to replicate, copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pv12.
Third-Party Links
The pv12 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. pv12 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Account Suspension & Termination Policy
Pv12's Right to Suspend or Terminate Accounts
Pv12 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice if:
- The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system exploitation.
- The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- The account was found to be in violation of the one-account-per-user policy.
- A request has been received from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, pv12 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the violating activity.
Account Closure at User's Request
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the pv12 support team at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within seven business days. Any remaining balance in the account will be returned via the registered payment method, subject to the required identity verification.
Amendments to Terms, Applicable Laws & Contact Us
Right to Amend Terms
Pv12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official pv12 website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mechanism agreed upon by both parties, or through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
